Purpose
To help reduce complaints, avoid negative first impressions and make sure the vacation rental feels guest-ready before arrival.
What's included
- Access to the property before guest arrival
- Turning on the air conditioning if requested
- Short walk-through of the vacation rental
- Visual check of living area, kitchen and bathrooms
- Visual check of entrance area, terrace and outdoor spaces
- Documentation of visible issues or damage
- 10–15 current photos of the property
- Status update to owner or property manager
- Placement of the Arrival Ready basket if ordered
- Final "Guest Ready" confirmation
